Getting to know you

During the initial consultation, we will:

  • Ask you questions in order to find out about your profile and the targets you want to achieve.
  • Review your personal history with exercises, athletics, and/or personal training.
  • Set up your goals after your first free session.
  • Establish what it will take to reach your goals with a full body transformation plan.

Exercises

Most effective workouts:

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training); cardio session, exercise that raises heart rate; achieve the max endurance during every set.
  • Resistance and Endurance strength training; lift weights to get stronger, more toned performing resistance exercise. 
  • Body Weight strength movements Plyometrics; combines lower body strength, shoulder stability, hip mobility and balance.
  • Core strength training; exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.
